For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry microfiber cloth—never rub. Use a small amount of mild, pH-neutral detergent mixed with cool water for spot cleaning, and avoid over-wetting the rug, especially viscose areas.

Do not use steam cleaning, harsh chemicals, or strong detergents. For deep cleaning or tough stains, professional cleaning is recommended.
