Shipping timelines are estimated based on product availability and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Area Rug Shop is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Area Rug Shop is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

For added security, signature delivery is available upon request and may be required for high-value orders.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
